For a while now, I feel that days are becoming shorter and shorter. I try to plan, I try to focus on the tasks and I have clear goals. Yet, sometimes I don’t finish something, or I keep postponing something that I think is nice to do but not that urgent. And, on top of this new priorities flood my action plans and my to-do lists every day.
It feels overwhelming. This is what I feels and it feels a lot like a struggle. But, there is something that comforts me. The other see me as efficient and focused, and I get a lot of praise for my results in dealing with complexity, just because I use three simple methods: prioritized to-do lists, blocked-off project time and all sorts of timers.
